There isn’t a single positive thing I can say about this place except that the receptionist. was so nice. Even she was disappointed over the holiday because they made her work some horrible hours. This was Christmas 2023. I waited a year to post this because it was so bad that I didn’t want to remember it. My father missed most meals while he was there. He lost 42 pounds in 2 months. I would not recommend this facility. My Sister had a Knee Replacement on the 7th of February and was sent there to recover. She arrived early ( 1:30) in the afternoon on the 11th of February 2025. The CNA's Adrianna was the only Zillia Begay were the only two people that cared for my Sister properly. My Sister called me the next day at 11 AM asking me to come get her. The Licensed staffed had not given her pain meds. Also, they still had not brought a walker for my Sister to use the bathroom. I arrived at 1130. The Administr... read more
Everyone was very kind. The nurses,the aids,housekeeping, Physical therapy is the best. They treated me well. The only complaint I have is the under staffing. Their needs to be more staff on the weekends. Another nurse and more CNA's
Absolutely the worst place do not take your love one here. We are filing a lawsuit against them my father was sent to the ER and when he was ready to go back to the suites they said he was never there and lost all paper work and belongings the people in charge of this place also challenged us to do something about it in a very aggressive tone!
I was recently a patient at The Suites for 16 days. I feel that I received the best possible care and services during my stay. I received therapy services (both OT & PT) in my room as I was unable to walk or even transport toʻ the therapy room. The therapists were both top notch. Nursing care services exceeded my expectations. All services were delivered with kindness and empthay. My patient room was clean and attractive.
