When my dad fell and broke his hip, our family was anxious about finding the right place for his recovery. We are so grateful we chose The Suites at Rio Vista skilled rehab facility—it exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. My grandma was here for about a week and they never explained nor gave her the physical therapy needed. Medications and other such was fine but this isn’t just about a medical standpoint but a physical. She had bed soars on ankles and was in the icu prior for lung collapse hip break and malnutrition. She needed more work then given so she was taken out by us her family. This is unfair and should be unheard of behavior I gave a single star rating but if this is the best of 3 in the state maybe we shouldn’t have any at all.
Giving this facility 5 stars because Anila Dean stood out!! She is so caring and professional. My aunt is a resident and she is always so kind and thorough with her care. Thank you, Anila!!!
I would not recommend this facility. My Sister had a Knee Replacement on the 7th of February and was sent there to recover. She arrived early ( 1:30) in the afternoon on the 11th of February 2025. The CNA's Adrianna was the only Zillia Begay were the only two people that cared for my Sister properly. My Sister called me the next day at 11 AM asking me to come get her. The Licensed staffed had not given her pain meds. Also, they still had not brought a walker for my Sister to use the bathroom. I arrived at 1130. The Administr... read more
Horrible staff the food they serve has bugs in it. They are not helpful at all. They are rude and actually like it's a bother if you need any kind of assistance from them. They verbally abuse you and put you down constantly. This place NEEDS to be shut down.
