Adrienne is so nice and understanding she’s a gem in always helpful and pleasant. Nursing staff been taking care mom for awhile now very attentive to her needs Thanks guys
My Mother was a nurse for 50 years. Started off with labor and maternity and ended with Hospice. She has worked in nursing homes and is now a resident. She absolutely loves it here. She tells me every time I'm visiting that everyone is so nice, the food is really good, her bed is so comfortable, a nd she loves all her PT classes she's been doing. Staff caring for my mom while she was there under hospice care was amazing! She was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I was able to stay the nights with her and be there with her when she passed. Anytime I had a question, the staff was right there to answer it for me and they were so kind to me when she did pass away. I will be forever grateful to all the staff who helped with her admission, provided food for the family and kept her as comfortable as possible in final days.
My grandmother is fighting for her life in the ICU right now, and it’s all because of the neglect and lack of care at this facility. The staff didn’t bother to check on her, didn’t clean her properly, and let her suffer from multiple untreated UTIs. By the time they realized how serious it was, it was almost too late. Every time I visited, she was in agony, screaming for help, and the nurses just stood there, doing NOTHING. They had the nerve to get mad at me when I asked for assistance. My mom is so happy and well cared for here. The staff is very loving and kind. She loves all the fun activities like trivia, art, bingo. Always something going on. And the physical therapists are the best! We are so fortunate and feel very grateful that they took her in.
