PLEASE READ: The good reviews on this Bear Creek Nursing are written by employees. Please scroll to page 2 and read the real reviews. I am writing to share my deeply troubling experience at Bear Creek Lodge Rehabilitation in Grapevine, Texas, where my father was recently placed for recovery following a hospital stay. Our time at your facility revealed a shocking lack of adequate staffing, basic care, and oversight — conditions that no family should ever have to endure when entrusting the care of their loved one to a professi... read more

I was a patient at this rehab and received terrible healthcare. This rehab has a shortage of nurses. The food is horrible. Many times during the night I would call for help and no one would come. When my wife tried to get me dismissed early they threatened us if we left that my insurance company would not pay the bill. Took the faculty 6 days to give me a bath. I would proceed with caution before I left a family member here. This is not a place to leave someone you love. Please trust me!

This place has helped my boyfriend's father, 91years old, to walk again. We transferred him from Tennessee so he could get the excellent care this facility provides. The staff is amazing and truly cares. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs care. Special shout out to Christine, Shontay, Moses, Joe, Mark, Aldan, Sue, Amanda, KeKe, Linda, Tawanda and Ella. Thank you all so much for caring and getting Jim back on his feet.

Chanel is the Social Worker for The Lodge and she consistently came to our aid and went above and beyond so many times. She is kind and attentive and and very patient. She truly made our experience at the Lodge so wonderful. It is difficult for the person that has to be in rehab but it does affect the whole family. Chanel is someone I can always go to and she will help me by taking care of it on her own or getting the help I needed. I am so very appreciative of the care she gave my person while they were there.

My mom has been here for 9 months now. I can not be more pleased with her care. We have met some of the most caring CNA’s, RN’s,. The Director of Nursing has helped us through some very difficult times this past summer, coming out of the hospital , trying to bring my mother back from a very hard situation. The PT team has been wonderful as well. They have provided care I have NEVER seen any where else. They listen, they care, and they all have helped so much. Also, the front receptionists are so friendly, kind.. They both s... read more
