I brought my brother to this facility for long term care. He was treated like family. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout his stay through the end of his life. He was able to pass on with dignity with caring staff around him and great support to me. Highly recommended.

My stepfather was here for several years, and he loved the CNA's and nurses, and they loved him. He joked with them and gave them a hard time and they gave it right back and he loved it!

Visiting a friend. 200 area smelled like a 1970's nursing home, otherwise the rest was good. Lots of staff actually appeared working. Friend is happy with the services provided.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at spearfish Canyon healthcare! My mom got the best care the last six months of her life, that I could’ve ever hoped for her. While she was on comfort care, she was tenderly cared for every two hours. The staff was attentive to her needs, and to the family. Thank you so much to all of you, you’re angels in disguise!

We came with a dear friend to visit her husband who is in hospice care in your memory care unit. We were only there for a short time but we found your facility to just be top notch. Everything was very clean and clean smelling. We were so pleased to see all of the beautiful pictures, paintings, posters, and positive sayings.
