I can’t say enough about Mom’s experience with Silver Creek Manor. From the moment I toured the facility until Mom joined our heavenly family, EVERYONE was loving towards her. Her nursing team, Hui, Kimberly, Shannon, Brian, Crystal and Chris took such great care of her every need. Their support team was always so gentle when caring for her. This nursing facility is great and I recommend to anyone that might need the help. In November of 2022 my grandmother was sick and myself along with other family members were scared for her health, but after having her stay here for a while, she was stronger than she had been in a long time. The staff did a remarkable job of taking care of her and making sure she had everything she needed. My mother was sent to this place from the hospital for rehabilitation. She absolutely loved it. She was treated with kindness, attentiveness and most of all with gentle care. She went in quite weak in the legs and depressed. The staff, especially Cris Olivares, prepared and executed her rehabilitation plan impeccably. Mom returned home strong and confident in her mind and body. Thank you staff and admin for all you did for my 95 year old mother. She is happy and walks with confidence thanks to everyone there.

We were so blessed to have had the my Dad go to rehab at Silver Creek. The staff there really took the time to get to know him and make him feel at home. He wasn’t just a patient there, but more like family. Everyone was helpful when we had questions or concerns and they never made us feel unwelcome. They even helped us file paperwork with the VA to get him more assistance so that he could heal faster and have a better quality of life. We can’t thank the staff enough for all they did for my Dad.

When my grandmother entered your facility I honestly thought her end was near. She had lost the will to do anything for herself and was so down and barely mobile. The wonderful personal care you gave her made her turn around completely. She found her zest for life, moves around much easier and seems excited for every day again. Much love and gratitude to your amazing staff!!!
