Very unhappy with this facility. Would not recommend it to anyone. When my husband was in his last hours we couldn't even locate the Doctor of the facility to sign orders for his comfort. Waited 4 hours and she never showed up. We ended up taking him to Spearfish ER. They were the most caring people. Gave him meds for comfort and let us use a room until he passed. Even provided coffee and snacks. I suggest you be very careful in your choice

Pt was joke my physical therapist wasn't one he worked under one who I never spoke to my plans are to sue Ray and Terry think it's almost malpractice what they did to both myself and my friend Donna the only people they want to help are those they hope will die there's peaking of dieing a lady named rose fell one nite after trying to get help was dead next day they had two people covering the entire home because of graduation a bunch can relate to this I can write a book about this place and administration u need to t... read more

The staff is full of people who are kind and caring. It’s the best nursing home in the area because it is small and they work with families to provide good care, solve any problems that may arise and Mai rain a clean pleasant facility

People that work at this facility are nothing but amazing. I also want to point out that every where in health care is short staffed right now. It’s uncommon for a facility to be fully staffed or over staffed because nobody wants to work. And that goes for other jobs as well. But when I tell you that all staff here bends backwards for their residents their family members, I mean it. They work so hard. My mother was brought to this facility after leaving Spearfish hospital with pneumonia. Before she left the hospital, a doctor who was seeing her in the hospital, made an appointment with my mothers medical doctor. She was told it was important to have a follow up with with her regular doctor. She went into Rolling Hills assuming that she could see her own doctor when she wanted to. The home took it upon themselves to cancel her doctors appointment without consulting my mother or any of her family. The staff lied to us sever... read more
