My experience at Prairie Heights was absolutely fantastic. I went there after my heart surgery. All the people who worked there were so caring. I grew to really love the staff. Thanks to Prairie Heights for all that you did.

My stay at Prairie Heights was unplanned. When I got over being away from my husband I came to realize it was for my own good. Everyone knew my name.it made you feel like they really knew you. The accommodations were comfortable for me. The therapy staff was loving & very caring. They even surprised me by singing Happy Birthday. The food was different than what I was used to, but I made do. At first I was bummed by short visiting hours, but we made it work. My mother-in-law has been a resident of Prairie Heights on two separate occasions, plus she’s also been an out patient for rehab pre-COVID. The staff, from housekeeping to therapists and kitchen help to CNAs, has always gone above and beyond in administering care to my mother in-law. We had always heard that the rehab facility was the best in Aberdeen. Now, after having a loved one there we can totally see why. Prairie Heights truly puts their residents needs front and center. Prairie Heights from dinner staff, nurses, therapists, management and any other department I may have missed is top notch! Made many visits to see my Dad and each time I stopped by everybody was so helpful and friendly. My Dad made many friends for life. All of us greatly appreciate each and every person. I would recommend Prairie Heights to anybody looking for a place to care for their loved one!

We were here last month to visit a family member. First the staff was friendly, professional and more than accommodating. Was very happy with everyone I met and interacted with. Some of the furnishings are showing wear and need attention. Our family member is getting good care and personal attention and is happy with the facility. So so far pretty happy!
