I moved my dad in about a year ago, it wasn’t great at the time, it was okay, but it has been nice seeing all the changes made within that time. The staff are great and very caring. The rehab team is so so awesome! I’m pleased to see the new Administrator is involved and present, she has an open door policy. I recommend.

This place was awesome at the beginning, until a nurse decided to cut a tubing from my wife's wound vac and insert it back into the vac sponge until the new supplies came in. The next day she went to her podiatrist and he sent her back to the ER. She ended up with a wound infection again. She was admitted to this facility to get wound care and IV antibiotics in April. She is under Drs care now and... Well, this place is a no-go to.

I want to start by saying I am in Oklahoma, so when I called Memorial Medical the most polite person answered, informed me of my family member’s status and further assisted me with mailing items for my family member. I called the following morning and they answer with good morning sir and before I asked, they said “we have received the belongings”. They labeled and made sure my family member received them. This is more than customer service but customer experience. Thank you Ms. Abrego for the fine staff you have there!

My father spent a month here, the rehab facility is the best! He cannot emphasis how helpful they were. He appreciates the physical therapy department the most. Without Natalie and Micheal his healing process wouldn’t have been as smooth

Save ur self and ur love ones from this place worst place ever. I have worked in nursing and rehab places before but this is by the worst place to have a love one my husband had to come there only kept him there 4 days he was going for rehab. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
