Memorial Medical has an excellent team. From nursing care to administration office directors. They have nice staff very welcoming team. Great place for individuals that need skilled therapy & LTC services.

Reported on 7-8-25. Abuse and neglect of several residents in this nursing home, nursing staff is very unprofessional. Nursing home is dirty. Resident told me there things being stolen. Cold food. Not getting showers. Not getting meds. Clothes not being returned after washing.lno provided snacks for diabetic residents. Resident complaining wetting bed and covering it up and not changing the sheets.whole facility including residents rooms very dirty. Not providing hygiene for showers. Cna not grooming residents. Great staff and nurses! They actually care about their residents. They have a lot of activities, thanks to Christy, the Activity Director! The place is also very clean.

To whom it may concern, my name is Justin Allen Wilmurth and my father James Wilmurth is currently on hospice care with Good Shepherd Hospice Care. He currently resides at Medical Memorial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. On or about March 1st 2025 while in my care I had to call the police for him being suicidal. He was taken to NE Methodist Hospital here in San Antonio TX.
