When I first arrived at Lakeshore Village, I was unable to stand. I am now able to walk with a walker. Their physical and occupational therapy are wonderful. I have been in two other facilities and of the three, Lakeshore Village is the best. The physical and occupational therapists are awesome. They are motivational and encouraging. I love it here.

I have been employed here at Lakeshore Village for 23 years. The staff is caring and attentive to the residents. This has been a wonderful place to work the last 23 years!

Terrible. My mother in law was placed here directly out of the hospital from being on a ventilator and they did not help in her rehab in any way. Nobody worked with her or helped her with her treatment and she didn’t even receive her breathing treatments. I would NEVER send a loved one here. Couldn’t even trust her in their care and had to leave without further rehab.

They were very unprofessional and they had a very big attitude and how they’re nurses on the a hallway are just very rude and when I said that I am not coming back she had an attitude and they’re don’t respect or value the CNA time or role and they all so let a minor wash residents and the person how makes the schedule is so rude

DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOL, and most of the employees dress like they dont care at all. I saw a gentleman in house shoes and red scrubs! Their PT gym is an absolute joke. They over bill pts they over schedule pts and pts sit hopelessly waiting to be changed. Do not let your friend or relative come here! How this place continues to be open just blows my mind. Why hasnt someone came in and discreetly audited this place... dont give them time to prepare... Zero stars.
