My father was admitted to Hacienda, while visiting him I had nothing but great experiences with my dad. The staff is always friendly & attentive to my dad’s needs. There always different activities to keep the people entertained. Matthew Silvas from the moment of mentioning my dad being admitted he continued to keep in contact with me to make sure our needs were met. I went to visit my long-time friend at Hacienda Oaks Nsg/Rehab center. I must admit, I was very pleased that the center was very clean and orderly. Check-in and Check-out was by kiosk, which was very efficient. I just hope 🙏 the staff stay attentive to their clients.

I’m a hospice CNA and I travel ALOT!! I never know what I’m walking into when I go to a new facility. The CNA and the DON and even the door greeter were so nice and helpful!! They are taking exceptional care of my patient who just got there. 10 out of 10 experience!!!

Dad has been at this facility seven months. I’ve been there a lot and the staff has been kind, considerate, loving, and respectful. I walk the hallways and listen to their interaction with each other and the residents and I know they work hard to care for our elderly. To the staff I’ve encountered, a toast of gratitude to you. To the people who answer my calls (and I call a lot) especially at all times of the night, Thank you!
