My dad goes to the facility every now and then for respite stay. Overall the staff is friendly and nice. My father enjoys interacting with everyone. However, the facility is outdated , and a few of his clothing was missing. Other than that it’s okay.

The processes here are pretty great. The staff has always made sure my mom is taking care of and if something happens they are very prompt at letting my sister and myself know. No complaints thus far and I am thanking that my mom is in a good place. Thank you guy's!!

Greenview is not your little gray-haired grandma & grandpa “old folks” home. It is family of people from very diverse backgrounds & economics. It is place where the entire staff genuinely cares for the residents and their families. The maintenance and housekeeping staff keep the facility clean. Yes, the facility itself could use remodeling and updating (that’s why I rated it 4 stars & not 5). But I put the priority on cleanliness & care of the residents. The receptionist at the front was extremely rude when I came to visit my mom and join her for her care plan meeting. We were instructed to go to the front desk and let them know. After five minutes of standing in front of her she finally asked us if we wanted anything and told we are in the way when no one had even came close to passing by inthe hall. If this is how the staff is allowed to treat patients then the government may need to look into this for fraud and neglect.

My dad was a resident here. The staff is always helpful and kind. My dad loved them. Now my job has me working with some residents there and a lot of the staff is the same kind people.
