Corporate should send undercover people to work at this establishment because certain departments play favoritism at this facility so my daughter was recently terminated from this establishment after being told by state that came in she did a great job in her department this facility used her to work after getting into with one of the Aides all my daughter did was tell her one of the residents needed her the young lady snapping and said a lot of things that was unprofessional my daughter stated this young lady stuck her hand... read more

Horrible conditions for residents Laundry so bad they are actually washing their own personal clothing in sinks and hanging them to dry in their rooms. I told my family if the choice was given in-between there or a bullet in my my head I would prefer the bullet. Equipment not properly maintained or fixed and most of housekeeping except for a few not properly trained. They allow sick people to work in the kitchen around food . Unless you call in 2 hours early be aware your loved ones could be getting germs from kitchen staff. If so start there .

My father had recently had some strokes and due to the strokes and medication at Scott and White in Temple he had become very agitated. The staff basically didn't want anything to do with my father at that point but their awful comments about my father in their charts kept him from being admitted to any nursing facility. I knew my Dad was not an aggressive person and just needed to get him out of THAT hospital. Greenview Manor is managed by Sava Senior Care. I have worked at this facility going on 5 years now and I can say it has definitely been an honor during this pandemic to work for a facility and company that cares. The administrative staff that I work closely beside go over and beyond for the residents, department heads and floor staff.
