We play music every Thursday, residents are wonderfully appreciative and so much fun!! Staff are always very helpful.

My dad has been here several months. The staff have been attentive, kind, professional, helpful and very patient. They are friendly to me and have gone above my expectations to keep my dad happy and safe. The building is old but the staff is full of youthful energy!

The majority of the staff are professional and do whatever they can to make a rehab patients and residents as comfortable as possible. Most from housekeeping, laundry, CNA’s, and ro RN staff come to work with pleasant attitudes and smiles. The main complaint is the food. The majority of my meals were cold. I did not like the food. In 3 weeks I only had one meal I could eat. I depended on my sister bringing food. Precooked food, baked in an oven and generally not heated long enough, is not to my taste. My Mother was discharged from St. Peter’s hospital into the care of Elkhorns she arrived around noon, my father and I arrived shortly there after. On intake we specifically asked about my mothers medication and were assured that they have an in-house pharmacy and would receive her medication promptly at 2pm. I talked to mom at 6pm and she had not received her 2pm medication.
