I want to thank the staff of cypress wood Maryland and Allison among other staff members whose name I cannot remember for making today a memorable visit with my friend. An activity with a theme of Hawaiian luau which consisted of live music and fruit with tropical juice drink. They were so sweet and kind to all the residents. Couldn’t have received better service. I can tell that the patient I visited is being very well taken care of. And the business office and medical staff were beyond excellent and caring.

I'd give it o stars if I could. Trashy place. Doesn't take care of the residents, dropping then, over charges, and manager is a trashy person.

My experience with Cypress Woods Care Center was pleasant and the staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did hands on if additional help was needed.

Once again we have been very impressed with Cypress Woods Care Center where my 93 year old daddy is living. They have recently updated the facility with fresh paint, nice bright lighting and even a tv in the common room. Every visit we encounter several workers who are always smiling and friendly, and always address my daddy by name. Since I live out of state it’s very comforting to see these interactions with him and to see the facility always very clean and nice.
