I wouldn't have put my mother in law in this place. She says all of her meals are cold. There's not very many calories involved with each meal when walking around. It definitely seem like nobody cared about the clients, my mother-in-law says that they don't ever come into the room to check on her unless she they get called. There's no bathroom inside of her room to shower and bathe. There's only a toilet, very small living quarters. My sister is here and they have no heat!! Haven’t had any for days! I’m hundreds of miles away and can’t do anything about it… and it sounds like they don’t want to.. how can you not get a heating and cooling company and pay them to fix it. My sister knitted herself a hat last night to try to keep her head warm. Do Better!

I’m an agency nurse and I check reviews prior to going to a facility. This facility is CLEAN and smells great! The staff were very helpful. The staffing coordinator gave me my log in quickly. The cons to this home is the heavy AM med pass and additional wound care. Thankfully today the wound care team did rounds and the wound care was done. I think the pay for the job when posted premium is Fair considering the amount of time you will be on your feet passing meds and doing treatments. For instance I had 28 LTC residents.

Picked up a shift here through agency - nurses are super lazy, most CNAs were very nice. Received report from very nice cna on night shift she stayed until 630 to see if someone was coming in they didn’t end up coming. Staff doesn’t show. No one wanted to reach out to the scheduler because they’re afraid of her. Supply room is a dump and is empty. Wouldn’t work here ever again. Do not pick up here .

My Aunt is unable to get out of bed on her own and they will allow her to remain in bed without getting up for days at a time. I sent her a package and let my aunt know it was going to be there. It delivered on time and they did not give it to her. They told her she didn't have any packages so I had to have the carrier go back to check. This is a terrible place for a person to live out their life.
